You agree to provide accurate and complete information about the property, its condition, occupants, pets, access limitations, hazards, delicate materials, product sensitivities, and other facts that may affect safety or the requested work. Do not submit alarm codes, door codes, payment card numbers, health information, or other highly sensitive information through the public form.

5. Safety and right to decline service

Innovation Clean may decline, pause, reschedule, or end a service when conditions are unsafe, materially different from what was disclosed, outside the agreed scope, or otherwise unsuitable for the team or property. Examples may include unsecured aggressive pets, active illness, hazardous materials, pest infestations, unsafe utilities, or restricted access. Any resulting charge or rescheduling term will be governed by the applicable quote or service agreement.

If you provide consent, Innovation Clean may contact you by phone, text message, and email about your request and may send marketing or promotional communications. Consent to marketing is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link provided, reply STOP to text messages, or contact us directly. Transactional or service-related communications may still be sent when necessary to respond to a request or manage an active service.
